Disruptive MedTech Solutions (DMS)

Accelerating the Future of Class II De Novo Medical Devices

Disruptive MedTech Solutions (DMS) identifies industry-leading companies and high-value intellectual property within the Class II De Novo classification sector. This regulatory pathway grants marketing authorization for low-to-moderate-risk, groundbreaking medical devices that lack a legally marketed 510(K) Predicate Device.

A CONCISE STRATEGIC COMPARISON:

De Novo delivers vastly superior commercial value: 510(K) VS. DE NOVO

We hold secured partnerships with these innovators, systematically providing the commercial strategy, regulatory positioning, and operational readiness required to attract premier growth capital to accelerate their time-to-market.

By collaborating with these visionary founders from premier global academic institutions—including world leaders such as Imperial College London—DMS identifies transformative innovations, preparing them for successful engagement with astute capital partners and healthcare institutions.

Our Strategic Framework

We advise breakthrough companies on positioning their technology and scaling their leadership to meet the standards of elite global investors based on two definitive criteria:

Game-Changing IP: The technology must be fundamentally transformative and capable of redefining the global standard of care.

Exceptional Leadership: The management teams—both founders and boards—must possess a proven, unequivocal capability to execute and scale.

Fundamentally

Understanding Competition: The real competition is not big corporations—it is the next great generation of founders fighting for the exact same market share and investor interest.

To win, it comes down to: Capital Efficiency, Clear Proof, and an Undeniable Path to Sales.
